There are a variety of rates available but most fall within the price range of between £30 to £50 per session with the majority being charged at £40. Each sessions lasts for around an hour
Group Costs
Group Workshops are limited to 16 participants. Most workshops last for 2/3 hours and are conducted at different times of the week and also at weekends. The Costs are currently £40 per workshop and £70 for a couple attending together. Organisations wishing to conduct parenting courses can access special rates - please ask for details. Special "Taster Sessions" are also available at minimal cost.
Positive Parenting courses run for 10 weeks with each weekly session lasting 3 hours each week and cover different topics every workshop. The costs for the full 10 week course are £375 per person or £710 per couple attending together.
Corporate Costs
Most corporate clients prefer to employ the services of Adytum on a sessional basis. This then only uses the financial resources of the corporate client as and when required which can be much more cost effective than signing up to an annual EAP contract. Currently all sessions cost just £40.
Workplace Mediation Costs
Workplace Mediation currently costs £800 per day. This includes all pre mediation work such as contacting the people involved and liasing with the relevant Human Resource Department. Follow up meetings that are arranged usually last for half a day and are charged pro rata. All other expenses incurred e.g. travel expenses and accommodation costs, where necessary, are charged out at cost. This is extremely cost effective, when one considers the possible costs to the organisation of prolonged periods of sickness pay and cover, and then the possible costs of an Employment Tribunal.
Additional Costs
Where travel costs are involved such as when we have to visit an individual or an organisation then travel time is charged at £10 per hour and a rate of 40p per mile is levied.
